Refund Policy
Return/Replacement are applicable only in the following cases:
1. Defective product upon delivery.
2. Received a different product than ordered.
If your product meets either of the above criteria, please email at studio@eesomealley.com with your order number and a clear unboxing video demonstrating the issue within 3 days of delivery. We will then assist you with the return process and provide free doorstep pickup services upon approval.
Please note:
- Returns/Replacement are not applicable for dissatisfaction with the product. We recommend reviewing the product description, size guide.
- Certain items such as custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
